Registration & Morning Hospitality: 9:00-10:00 am.

Meeting: Call to order at 10:00 am

Cost: $35.00 includes registration, morning hospitality and lunch.

Menu: Assorted Sandwiches/Wraps, Salad, and a Variety of Desserts.

Vegetarian wraps & salad included. Let us know if you have a nut or any other allergy.

Club Presidents:

Be prepared to give a 1 to 2-minute report at the meeting.

Announcements: Those wishing to make announcements at the District Meeting are asked to send the information to Jo Lee Houlihan, District Director, no later than May 15, 2025.

There will be a variety of gift baskets, 50/50 in the main building. A Continental breakfast will be served in the Laura Carmichael Building from 9-10 AM, along with a variety of gardening and gift items. Plants will be on sale too.


Directions to the Gainesville Garden Club. Take I-75 and get off at the Exit 26/Newberry Road. Head east, get in far-left lane and turn left at NW 69th Terrace - the Red Lobster is on the left. Continue until you come to a curve in the road; then turn left onto 14 Avenue, which ends at the club. Parking is on the left.
